This page explains how paying for an order works — which payment methods we accept, when your order is confirmed, and how discounts and coupons are applied.
Accepted payment methods
Retail orders are currently paid by bank transfer. When you place an order it is reserved for you and marked as pending, and our bank details are shown together with your order number on the confirmation screen and in your order confirmation email.
Wholesale orders are paid by cryptocurrency only — see the Wholesale page for details.
How payment works
- Place your order at checkout — stock is reserved and the order is marked pending;
- Transfer the total using your order number as the payment reference;
- Once the payment is matched to your order, it is confirmed and dispatched — usually the same business day when confirmed before 2pm;
- Orders that remain unpaid after 3 business days may be cancelled and the stock released.
Currency and pricing
All prices are shown and billed in GBP. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time you place your order is the price that applies to it.
Discounts and coupon codes
Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically at checkout — any 2 items 10% off, any 3 or more items 15% off. One coupon code can be applied per order in addition, entered at the basket step of checkout.
Invoices and receipts
Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you need a formal invoice, email us with your order number and we will send one over.
Payment security
We will never ask for card details, online banking passwords or verification codes by message or email. Our bank details appear only at checkout and in your order confirmation — if you receive payment instructions from anywhere else, or details that differ, contact us before paying.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. See our Refunds & Returns policy for what is covered.
