Because our products are specialised research materials, our returns process differs from a standard retail store. This page explains exactly what is and is not covered.
General policy
Products are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. For quality and integrity reasons, returns are not accepted after shipment unless there is a verifiable issue with your order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund or store credit as appropriate.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used products;
- Returns sent without prior authorisation;
- Products damaged through improper storage or handling after delivery.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the error was ours — for example an incorrect or damaged item.
Lost shipments
For parcels reported lost we investigate with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate remedy — replacement, refund or credit — based on the outcome.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Fair use
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we identify suspected fraud, policy abuse or false claims.
