We aim to get every order picked, packed and dispatched as quickly as possible — most orders placed before 2pm on a business day leave the same day.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day.
Delivery coverage and timeframes
All timeframes are estimates from the moment of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Customs procedures can extend international delivery times beyond our control.
- UK standard delivery: typically 2–4 business days;
- UK expedited delivery: typically 1–2 business days;
- International delivery (where lawful): typically 5–10 business days, subject to customs processing.
Shipping costs
UK delivery is charged at a flat £4.99 on orders under £100. Orders with a goods total of £100 or more (after any discounts) qualify for free UK delivery. The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you complete your purchase, and appears as a separate line on your order confirmation.
Your responsibilities
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout — we cannot accept liability for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction.
Damaged, lost or delayed parcels
If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. For lost or delayed parcels we will open an investigation with the carrier; we cannot guarantee resolution timescales once a parcel has been handed to the carrier.
